A 1930 bungalow and three 2024 cottages on one lot in Burlington's New North End, across the street from Ethan Allen Park. Can be booked together for groups up to 20.
The Bungalow sits at the front of the lot. Behind it, the Pink, Grey and Green Cottages, each with one bedroom, a full kitchen and its own washer and dryer, face a shared lawn. The park's trails and lookout tower are across the street; North Beach and Leddy Beach are a short ride along the bike path.

A Victorian-era house on Battery Park, steps from the waterfront and a few blocks from Church Street. Garden Side and The Loft book together for groups up to 10.
Park Side takes the front of the first and second floors and the porch. Garden Side is the second-floor apartment at the back. The Loft is the whole third floor. Out back, a shared yard with a gas grill and a gas fire table.

Frog Jump Lane
Three cottages, one lawn
Built in 2024 and set in a half-circle behind the Bungalow, each cottage is its own small house: a queen bedroom, a skylit living room with a sofa that becomes a bed, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer. The lawn between them is shared, and so is the grill.
The Bungalow
Nineteen-thirty, kept
Four bedrooms and two baths, a gas fireplace in the living room, a sun porch on the front. Book it on its own for up to eight, or with the three cottages for a family gathering of twenty on one lot.
Park House
Downtown, with a yard
Battery Park is across the street and the waterfront is down the hill. Behind the house, a yard with a gas grill and a fire table, a hammock under the pergola, and a garden with herb and vegetable beds.

Good to know before you book
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Doors have keypad locks, so arriving late on your check-in day is fine.
How do I get the door code?
Keypad door lock; the code arrives by message the morning of check-in with the Boarding Pass.
Can I check in or out on a Saturday?
No. Saturday is our cleaners' day off, so stays begin and end on other days of the week.
Is there parking?
Free off-street parking at both addresses; the Ethan Allen driveway is marked with a Frog Jump sign.
Are pets allowed?
Park Side (Apartment 1 at Park House) is pet-friendly. The other six units are not.
Are there cameras or smart speakers?
Exterior cameras on the parking areas at both addresses and on the front of the house at Ethan Allen; no recording devices inside any unit. Each unit has an Amazon Echo; unplug it if you prefer.
Is there a fire pit?
There is a gas fire table in the shared yard at Park House. There is no fire pit or fire table at Frog Jump Lane.
Are the units wheelchair accessible?
Not wheelchair accessible at present.
