What is the minimum stay?
30 nights. Park Side is our monthly apartment.
When can I arrive?
Any time from 4:00 PM on your check-in day; the keypad code is active from then. Keypad door lock; the code arrives by message the morning of check-in with the Boarding Pass.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, Park Side is pet-friendly; tell us about the dog when you book.
Can I check in or out on a Saturday?
No. Saturday is our cleaners' day off.
Is there a fire pit?
A gas fire table with seating in the shared backyard, plus a gas grill. Please turn both fully off after use.
Is there parking?
Free off-street parking at both addresses; the Ethan Allen driveway is marked with a Frog Jump sign. Your spot is marked with the apartment number.
Cameras or smart speakers?
Exterior cameras on the parking areas at both addresses and on the front of the house at Ethan Allen; no recording devices inside any unit. Each unit has an Amazon Echo; unplug it if you prefer.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Not wheelchair accessible at present.
